My sender email was already set.

Here is the error message in my log file:

Information 3/10/2010 3:59:35 PM Preparing to execute: test email
Information 3/10/2010 3:59:35 PM Package Started
Information 3/10/2010 3:59:35 PM Sending Email: Unknown
Information 3/10/2010 3:59:35 PM To: xxxx@xxxx.net
Error 3/10/2010 3:59:40 PM Failed to send Email: Unknown
Error 3/10/2010 3:59:40 PM Unable to relay for xxxx@xxxx.net

Error 3/10/2010 3:59:40 PM Package Failed

Try setting sender email it might help.

We are currently working on improving ftp and email functionality, eventually we will have separate log for it,
so you will be able to what is happening

Are you using different email servers for internal and external emails?

you may get this message when your email server is pop.etl.com but from is xxx@xx.com
EG your domain names for email server and from do not match

Hi,

We are NOT using different email servers for internal and external email.

I had my internal support guy look into this and we are struggling for a resolution. He asked me to mention that we have exchange, not eudora.

Any other insight pertaining to this is appreciated.

Same principal applies to MS Exchange

There's nothing we can do about it, if it is disabled in Exchange=you can't send email.
