ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

When running a package I am getting:
Following Ftp Error happened Read timed out.

When I setup the connection and tested it worked without a problem, found a file with the set mask and the server is not slow or anything, simply trying to download a test csv file which is around 7Mb, is there a way I can increase the time before a timeout? Or are there any other suggested solutions to this problem?
