We are receiving the following message 4-5 times in a pop up window each time we start up visual importer : Access violation at address 77F82F6A in module 'ntdll.dll'. Write of address 00405545.

We are able to just click "ok" on the pop windows and the product finally opens just fine. So it doesn't appear to be critical error but more like a warning message.

Is there something we can do or change to stop this Access violation pop up window message from appearing 4-5 times each time we open Visual Importer?

Can you tell use your verion of Visual Importer and OS Version Please.

We are running Windows 2000 Pro and Visual Importer V4.5.3

installed version 4.5.4 of Visual Importer and the Access violation no longer appears at startup. But Visual importer 4.5.4 has a new issue. When we open a previously saved mapping with Vimp 4.5.4 it does not save the source and target options for the files. Any thoughts?
