ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

I’m trying to determine if Visual Importer Enterprise can do the following:

Local Server:

Windows 2003 Server with an internet connection, MS-Access MDB and your software.


Remote 3rd Party Hosted Website and MS-SQL Server::

Hosted website (DiscountASP.net) with hosted MS SQL Server 2005 database tied to the website.

Need:

1) Automated and filtered copy of website’s SQL data tables and append to local Access.mdb tables. (Do this every ½ hour)
2) Flag the copied records from the SQL DB 1) above (update one field) to show successful append to Access.mdb.
3) Automated update and/or append of Remote hosted MS-SQL tables with local MS-Access data.
4) Adhoc update/append of Remote hosted MS-SQL tables with local MS-Access data.
