Hello,

I am evaluating Visual Imported and need information about the licensing schemes. I am interested in knowing the possibility of using the product across geography (using the product in a country different from the country of the license owner).

Can you please let me know the possible licensing schemes in this scenario?

Pieter.

More info

For our US based client we have a project to migrate data from excel into
SQL database and have zeroed in on your product to do that. The tool under
evaluation is Visual Importer Std OR Pro, and we are considering whether
to buy Site OR Enterprise Edition license.

However before we make a final recommendation we have some questions
below:

*
Our client will buy the licenses and our resources will need to work on the tool from an offshore location - India as well as from US.

Are the licenses owned by a company or by a user?

Can we download the licenses and work on it remotely from offshore? What are your license requirements?

If we could download and work from offshore, during project closure how do we transfer the licenses back to the client?

What kind of support do you provide? How do we contact the support?

We are under immense time pressure to make a start as early as Monday next
week and really appreciate if you can share your responses quickly and
better still if you can point us to a contact in your organization for us
to resolve these questions and move forward.

Thanks,
Peter

Once you go live you will need Enterprise Edition license for the servers
Enterprise Edition includes execution agent which can be run as windows nt Service

Are the licenses owned by a company or by a user?

By the company.

You can.

If five developers use our software you need 5 licences.

At the moment we provide support only via email or our website
