We are developing a solution based on MySQL and we are considering on using your Visual Importer Enterprise Edition as our ETL tool to import the data from our client's relational systems and excel worksheets into the new Datawarehouse.
I would want to know what kind of support you offer, as we have to inform our client of all the tools and software that will be involved in the project. I need to know as well if the licence expires (needs to be updated or purchased again in the future), or what kind of upgrades are included with it.
