ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

Good afternoon,

I downloaded your trial version of Visual Importer ETL. I created a job to
transfer data from one DB to another. I have the "Transformation Type" set
to "Add New and Update Old Records".

The problem I'm having is that when I run the job, is only "Updating"
records and NOT inserting new ones. There are at least 10 new records the
job should of picked up, but it did not. Is only doing updates.

I also tried changing the transformation type to "Add New Records" to see if
that would pick up new records only, but it did not.

Can you provide some guidance please. Thank you.

Have you specified update key?
Can you email us your log file?

I can but there are no errors, warnings,etc on log file.

I can confirm that there is a problem with loading data into MySql database.
It is rather complicated issue and will take couple of days to resolve
