Is it possible to combine the repositories from two different installations of Vimp Pro? In particular I have been asked if it is possible to establish a development environment and then add the newly developed modules to the existing production repository. I have successfully exported and imported a repository, but if I tried importing a repository into a repository that already exists, wouldn't it overwrite the existing repository modules? Thanks for your help.

What You can do is to save sql sripts,Import scripts and packages into text files but I think it is now very convinient for the end user.

We will add your suggestion to our development plan.
It will take a while o implement

I have played with the import templates and can see how those could easily be saved into separate text files. I have not found anything comparable to import templates for packages. How would packages be saved to text files as you suggested doing?

Sorry my mistake.
Such function exists only in internal releases at the moment.
We will inform you once it is available
