How can I get Vimp Pro to use a MSSQL identity field?

Hi.

It is not very clear what do you mean however I can assume that you
want to insert data into identity filed.

Click Data Target options and tick Keep Identity

when I click Keep Identity I get the following error:

Mandatory field ID missing

The field ID is an Identity Field in my MSSQL table.

Basicaly there only two possible scenarious.

1 I you want sql server to populate identity field automatically
set Keep Identity to false
set Not Mapped for identity field

2 you want to populate identity field with your own data from file or ODBC connection

set Keep Identity to true
Map identity field to source field
