ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

I have many files which I'm downloading and then importing into my database. I recently noticed that even though I have not specified a wildcard mask for the input file, the file I have specified as being used to match multiple files.

For example, there are two files in my load directory:

FL.disallow_mst
FL.disallow_mst.done

The ".done" was added after the file was imported. Later another new FL.disallow_mst file was downloaded. When the import is executed it imports the FL.disallow_mst file and then immediately imports the FL.disallow_mst.done file. I only wanted the first file imported.

This is not what I desired. Is this expected behavior? Should I add code to remove other possible matching files?
