Please tell me the connection String for Oracle DB

Servername: polypcl40
Port: 1521
Dbid: poly

I tried //polypcl40:1521/poly or \\polypcl40:1521\poly and some other strings but nothing works

The operating system is Windows

Help me please

Can you try removing slashes at the beginning

polypcl40:1521/poly
