Hello.

Just a quick one.
I am working with lookup object a lot and the list of values changes quite often.

It would be great to be able to pull the list from the database of file automatically before transforming the data.

It will save me a lot of time

Best Regards,
Maria

If I use a lookup object. How do I use the incoming field to lookup against? In my sql do I specify something like Where Field = :in.field

It depends on what you are trying to achieve

If you want to validate your data against list of values use Validator + InList object
If you want to transform data eg: Replace M with Male and F with female etc, use Transformer + Lookup object
