Hello,

It is not really important, but I have a problem with "Help -> Email Support":

If I click on it a message window opens, but the email address isn't inserted correctly. It just shows "S".
Also the app shows an error message:

"Invalid pointer operation."

This was under Win7. Under WinXP I got this message:

"List index out of bounds (9)"

Also under WinXP I'm not able to access the app anymore until I close the message window.

Regards,
Peter Bonge

We use MAPI to call default windows email client.

We have reproduced the problem but that is debatable that we can fix it.

We will try of course to do it if we can't we will disable this feature.

With Win7 it works correctly now. Thanks for the fix.

With WinXP the app still isn't accessible until I close the email window.

For XP I think it is MAPI feature

At least you are not getting "Invalid pointer operation." any more
