Hello

I am reviewing different ETL solutions and I discovered your product and thought it was real helpful.
For now we are testing out the trial version to see if we want to go any further.
I am having a little difficulty executing my package without using the "import" button in the import script's properties table ( Map, Automap, etc.).
I dont get an error in my package which runs multiple import scripts and it will say they were executed properly, so really, my import script process is what is importing my file to the data base, not the package.
How do I get my package to actually import my files into the database and not the "import" button in the import script.

Thank You.

I am a little bit confused which product are you taking about Visual Importer or Advanced ETL Processor?
Have you checked the documentations there are some examples you may find the useful

Hey, sorry for the lack of info, I'm using V.I. Enterprise and i followed the manual and the flash tutorial both pretty well, and i got everything set up correctly.

The only thing is I need to have it to where I execute my package, which at this moment is a simple check file and import script, it will actually execute the package and use the import script to retrieve the information, but instead I execute the package, which runs successfully, but the package execution doesnt import the files. I have to actually go into the import script to have the files imported.

Do you get any errors in the execution log for a package?
