ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

Im interested in your ETL products but I\'m not able to decide whicht might be the right one for my purposes.

Our need from our customer side is to automate data integration in particular in SMB companies wich rely on grown database infrastructures.

I guess we need several functional modules like

- connectors to several common databases and file types
- a mapping functionality in order to mutually transform different data types and formats
- an automation module in order to schedule data exchange jobs

As far as I saw on your website, the Advanced ETL Processor is able to fullfill all of these functional requirements. But what\'s about the Visual Importer? I\'m not sure whether data mapping and transformation functionality is sufficiant. On the other hand strong validation and BI functionality (like ETL Processor offers) is not required.

What do you recommend?

Both products provides similar functionality.

We recommend Visual Importer when there no problems with data quality and no advanced validations are required.

Since you want to automate the processes and run it on the server I would recommend you to get enterprise version.

I personally prefer to use Advanced ETL Processor since it is got more functions plus you never know what is going to happen tomorrow you may need all of them.
