ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

Help me please,

I am testing your software. How do I handle importing to a
table which has the first column set a int which auto increment. Secondly
after this data is imported, can I grap this data and insert in into other
tables. Do you have an example script which I can use to test?
