We would like to purchase this product but first need to see if it will work. I have >3000 records to import but am only able to pull back 32 rows. Is this a limitation of the trial version?

There are no limitations in our software.

Can you clarify this please.
You loaded only 32 records, you can see 32 records on the screen. Is there any error messages? ETC
Some screenshots will be also very helpful as well
