Hi,

My name is Daniel and I am very interesting on your software VImp X.
Before I buy this software, I have couple of questions.

1. Is there free trial version instead of demo? Because after setup demo version, I can't connect to Oracle, (I'm using Oracle) and can't pull out tables. I clicked Data target option and put in all of informations.
However, I received error message which is "SQL NET not properly installed. OracleHomeKey:(blank), OracleHomeDir: (blank). So I doubt using Full version instead of Demo version.

2. Can I import 3GB TXT file into Oracle by using this software? and How long usally take to imporing to Oracle?

3. Do you have guideline for this software?

4. Do you have direct phone number for technical issues or installing problem?

Thank you,
Daniel
