Hi,

I am having problems sending emails to external clients. I can send emails to fellow employees within the building but can’t send an email externally.

Any suggestions that can help me fix this??

Try setting sender email it might help.

We are currently working on improving ftp and email functionality, eventually we will have separate log for it,so you will be able to what is happening
