How do I export from a sql table to a csv.
I don't need any processing, just a dump of all fields and all rows.

If it is once-off have a look at Data Exchange wizard.

I have visual importer enterprise but I am not sure how to do this export. I've done lots of progress to sql and sql to sql but no sql to csv.

I see it is simple see attached screen-shots

Create connection for data source
Create directory to export data to
Click new Export
Define all parameters
Create new package
Add export to the package
Run package
