When writing failed records to the log file and it lists the error, is there a way to include the line number of the row from the extract that had the issue?
That way you can look at the original extract (if its like a 50k row extract) and look at the actual line that had the issue.

Sorry about all the questions but another issue that I do not see this
in the documentation.

Connect another transformer to validator and write all failed records into the separate file.
Plus you can use reader properties object to get line/record number.
