Hello

We recently downloaded latest version of Advanced ETL Processor Professional. Since updating to the new version, we have encountered some problems we did not experience with our previous version.

When attempting to run a package, we receive the following messages:

Access violation at address 004065A2 in module “AdvancedETLPro.exe’. Write of address 0073001F.
and

Access violation at address 004065A2 in module “AdvancedETLPro.exe’. Write of address 00660018.

When running a transformation, we receive “Invalid Variant Type”

We did not receive these errors with our previous version.

We were able to install the older version, on a different PC and it works fine. There seems to be some issues with the new version.

We would like to have the most current version functioning properly for us. Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Aidan

It might have something to do with the fact that all scripts are now in ut8 format

I would recommend to use different computer first,

Open your transformation
Open writer object and click OK
Open transformer object and check and update mapping for the output fields
Click OK and try to run the transformation

We are a happy to assist you via remote connection, vpn, remote desktop ETC

I just transferred 10,000,000 million records from the main SQL Anywhere database over the network into a Postgres database without a hitch.
