I am running Windows Server 2003 R2 / Service pack 2

I installed the advanced etl processor and when I start it I get a window that pops up and says:

This program is not free. It is an evaluation version of copyrighted software. If you use it beyond the evaluation period, you are expected to register it with the author. Please check the program's documentation for details.

I click the ok button and then a window says:

You have 16 day(s) left on your temporary key.

I click the OK button and nothing happens no application shows up. If I look at the running processes there are 2 instances of andvancedetl.exe running.

Help,

Stewart

Hello

Looks like it is trying to open last used map.

Kill the application from the task manager.

Open registry editor and delete the key \software\DB Software Laboratory\Advanced ETL.

(I am not able to tell you exact key name now)

Start it again

Please let us know the outcome,

John

John,

That was the problem.

FYI: I installed the program in a directory other than the default but all of the keys pointed to the default installation directory. I modified them to the new location and the app started.

Thanks for the help.
