ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

I am presently evaluating Advanced ETP Processor for extracting data from a MS SQL database on a regular basis as a CSV file per table, zip it up and ftp to a remote site.

My question is - is there a way to only export selected fields from a table rather than all fields within a table?
