I am a happy user of Advanced ETL Pro, and have started trying to use the report functionality.

When I create a report, I can create a set of data using the wizard, but I am struggling to associated the dataset with the report – when I preview the report it comes out blank.
Could you point me to the documentation that is referred to in the Advanced ETL Pro documentation so I can sort this out please?

I have run couple of test and it did return data

What is the database type you are running your reports against?

Do default demos work?

Dataset is associated automatically for you.

It’s an Oracle 9i db.
The SQL builder works fine.

Can you click File->Options and set Use OLE db provider form oracle

In latest version we have introduced support for oledb connections,
This might help you with the problem you are having with the reports
