What you need to do is to number your records using calcuation

so your data data will look like

1,Name,Peter
2,Dob,01/01/1958
1,Name,Maria
2,Dob,01/01/1968

Than use pivot transformation

Watch this online tutorial you will get an idea

We did a lot search and finally managed to find a solution Visual Importer Enteprise .
It was amazing how simple it was:
We created dedicated email account, designed package and with one hour we were able to start processing our data
