Hello

I have tried several ETL tools and so far I was not able to find one which can format Excel file cells

Is it supported by Advanced ETL Processor or Visual Importer?

I am afraid it is not supported at the moment
Perhaps you can provide us with some examples so we can can see what exactly you are trying to achieve so we can use in future release
