Hi there

We have set up the ETL scheduler to operate to initiate a daily extract run form the SQL database –

In setting it up we tried running with the default Local System account but it did not initiate any of the scheduled tasks

We then tried setting up the account using the using Administrator – we have tried several runs but each time nothing starts.

Soon after you open up the ETL desktop the package that was scheduled to start, starts up bu itself which we have seen before when a scheduled event does not start by the scheduler but will start when you open the desktop is automatically

Following is a screen shot of the scheduler set-up.

Craig

Are there any other areas we should check that may effect the scheduler starting the package?

You have to tell Advanced ETL Processor that you want to use agent for ETL Packages execution

Click File-> Options-> Execution->Use agent to execute packages.
