ETL and Data Integration tools - Modern ETL software for everyone

Help me please

Today I installed the new version of Advanced ETL Processor and get the
message that that some new features are not usable because there is no
maintenance contract. I am sure that we renewed the maintenance contract in
Oct. 2010.
What is to do to use all software features?

"C:\Program Files (x86)\DB Software Laboratory\Advanced ETL Processor Professional\AdvancedETLPro.exe" REGISTER

And enter registration information
