Hi.
Apologies in advance if this issue has been addressed in the forum - ran a search but found no threads. This is a presales question.
Can I insert a random long integer into my destination table with each row that I import from an Excel spreadsheet?

Sure it is possible. Plus, if something is missing we are happy to add it for you

RandomRange returns a random integer from the range that extends between AFrom and ATo (non-inclusive). RandomRange can handle negative ranges (where AFrom is greater than ATo). To initialize the random number generator, add a single call Randomize

RandG produces random numbers with Gaussian distribution about the Mean. This is useful for simulating data with sampling errors and expected deviations from the Mean.

Our prior imports were done using VB. Our VB expert retired. No one in my group knows VB. So Visual Importer was the answer to the lack of VB skills problem my group experienced.
